Smooney.space is a personal website about Kerbal Space Program, including guides, downloads, tools, and videos. This policy explains what happens when you visit the site.

Information handled by the site

The site does not require an account, and we do not sell or rent personal information. When you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include so we can reply.

Our craft viewer runs in your browser. It may use browser local storage to remember display preferences such as the selected view, colors, and panel settings. These preferences stay on your device and are not sent to us. You can remove them through your browser settings.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may record ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and the date and time of the request. We use this information for operation, security, and troubleshooting. We do not use it to build a personal profile.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to support the site. Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, and process information such as IP address, browser details, and ad interactions to deliver, limit, measure, and personalize advertising where permitted. Other vendors used by Google may do the same.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
